By using the latest high-speed cameras, software and "2-D" (two dimensional) bar code reading equipment, Datagraphic can electronically read and record personalised security documents before mailing, creating an audit file for reference.

A small "2-D" bar code is printed in the address area of the document during laser personalisation. This unique bar code is read into the system through the window of the envelope, when a text file automatically compares to the original customer file to determine discrepancies or missing documents.
