Security Measures at Datagraphic

As an APACS accredited Security Printer we are required to make visitors aware that the nature of our business is confidential, and that unauthorised disclosure of information is not permitted.

Upon arrival, visitors are logged at reception and requested to sign a confidentiality agreement (copies available upon request)

Visitors are required to display/wear their passes at all times during their visit.

If appropriate, all visitors and their vehicles are liable to be searched as part of our company security procedures.

Camera’s including mobile phones with built in cameras are not permitted beyond the Datagraphic meeting room adjacent to the reception area. Visitors are kindly requested to leave them inside their cars, or alternatively may leave them at reception for safekeeping.

Please ensure all passes are handed back to reception before departure
