PRINTCARE™ SERVICE
Datagraphic has launched Printcare, an on line order system for financial documents such as cheque and bank giro paying in books for companies with multiple branches.
Printcare was developed by Datagraphic to speed up the order processing and production of products such as cheque and paying in books. The system ensures that orders are accurate and products delivered on time.
The initial set up of the system involves uploading the customer’s database and bank details if required to a secure Verisign website personalised to the customer’s corporate identity. Branches can logon using a secure password and place orders, view proofs and submit orders direct to the factory.
The system combines all orders placed from all parts of the country and combines them into one data file that is downloaded at the factory in line with the agreed service level. Products are normally printed on the latest digital printing equipment and distributed direct to the individual branches.Customers can view the status of their orders including consignment details, reports and invoices on line.
