WEBCARE™ SERVICE - e-BILLING AND ONLINE DOCUMENT ARCHIVING

Our Webcare™ view and print service enables customers to archive documents such as invoices, statements and remittances on the Internet for future retrieval and print. This service is also available to customers who wish to print their own documents.

Webcare is a web presentment and web archive system for transactional documents such as such as invoices, statements, remittances and payroll.  Webcare was developed together by Datagraphic, to offer clients a simple cost effective method of providing a single source service for the printing, archiving and distributing transactional documents.

The system enables the client to use a multi-channel method of distributing transactional documents.  Documents can be printed and mailed or sent via email with a PDF attachment or as a URL to be viewed on a secure Verisign website. If required customers can download a data file of selected documents direct from the Webcare system and import into their own accounting packages.

Webcare offers the total solution from one data file – flagged to identify the method of distribution. Full corporate identity is maintained on paper and electronic documents. The system also provides the user with the ability to respond to its own customer’s requests for e’billing etc. without changing the current method of creating documents. No investment required for separate printing or web presentment systems.

Full audit trails and customised reports are available.

PDF Archive on CD

All Datagraphic’s digital print service files are available to customers on CD ROM as archive copies that are approved by the Department of Inland Revenue. This service is also available to customers who wish to print their own documents.
