At Datagraphic we believe every business is as unique as the people it employs. This means, when it comes to distributing payroll documents we don’t try and fit companies into a paper or electronic route, we provide a combination of everything to suit the business’ needs.
we deliver employee payslips, P45s and P60s by:- Post - direct to an employee’s home
- Secure Carrier – collating and despatching to individual branches /office locations
- Electronic systems - using our ‘Webcare’ multi-channel document distribution system to provide payroll information via email as a PDF, or as a download from a secure Verisign website.
 We also place great importance on delivering accurate print services. That’s why we print ‘Mailcare 2D ’ bar codes in the address area of each payroll document. These bar codes then pass through a reader at the delivery end of the process to capture and validate information. This prevents duplicates and ensures payroll data is sent to the correct employee only. |
