CHEQUE PAYMENT SERVICE SHOWS RAPID GROWTH

From a slow start 3 years ago Datagraphic’s cheque payment service has grown dramatically. The digital print service now processes cheque payments for more than 60 Companies on behalf of a number of distributors in the UK. In addition, the Company has secured a number of new contracts that will more than double the number of users over the next 3 months.

“The idea of Company’s outsourcing their cheque payments has really taken on,” says managing Director, Scotch Kirkpatrick. "Large users of cheques have concluded that it is safer and more cost effective to outsource the total cheque printing and mailing service to one APACS accredited printer. All the user has to do is send us the data via a secure server on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and we will do the rest”

Datagraphic’s secure system guarantees that each job is fully audited and double-checked on its unique 2D barcode Mailcare reading system. Customer’s can receive full audited reconciliation reports before mailing.
“It’s far safer than pre-signed cheques or holding stocks of cheques on your premises. We only print the amount of cheques required for each run,” says Kirkpatrick.
