what are Origami™ Mailers?
Origami™ mailers are all about folding. This effective document removes the need for envelopes by printing payroll information on to a single sheet of paper which is then folded, glued and perforated. The product is extremely cost effective, minimising postage and fulfilment costs.

Getting it right is important to us and so using our ‘Mailcare 2-D ’ bar code verification system we ensure individual printed payslips are checked and packed securely in one outer envelope or box and despatched via secure carrier direct to the individual branch.

Handling payroll queries is a time consuming task, so making printed payroll information accessible post despatch is something we’ve been praised for. At the end of each mailing an exact copy of the payroll print is created in PDF format, indexed for easy reference and burnt to CD or placed in an FTP folder. This is then delivered by secure carrier directly to the client to equip them to respond.
