Improving efficiencies for Golding Homes with Managed Print
Golding Homes own and manage 6,300 properties in and around the mid Kent area, making it one of the largest not-for-profit housing associations in the South East region.
Servicing approximately 20,000 residents, Golding Homes outsource their tenant communication letters to help manage internal resources.
Before working with Datagraphic, Golding Homes used an alternative company to process, print, and despatch their documents. Unfortunately the process was not as simple as Golding Homes would have liked and presented them with a number of service issues.
Golding Homes found the letters sent out to tenants did not always contain the correct data and information, which meant they had to send out apology letters to those affected; creating unnecessary work and making the Golding Homes team look unprofessional.
They also found they could not fully file back the documents issued to tenants, so had to manually type up letter is tenants wanted a copy of the original document.
They needed a solution that would remove data errors, allow access to individual copy letters, improve quality and accuracy as well as delivering value for money.
Managed Print, powered by Datagraphic, met this challenge.
The service received from Datagraphic was excellent. Our queries were dealt with instantly and we were kept up to date with every step of production. The application provided us with improved efficiencies and less stress, knowing that the letters were being produced to our specifications, on-time and accurately.
