Environmental Policy

We strive to operate in an environmentally responsible way under ISO 14001 guidelines, adopting sustainability initiatives and exchanging best practice at every opportunity.

We work hard to ensure our environmental policy is observed by all our staff and that resources are used respectfully.

At Datagraphic, we’re committed to being a good corporate neighbour and seeking more sustainable ways to do business for the benefit of people and the planet.

Current Practices

What we do:

  • We encourage sustainable transport by providing charge points for electric cars and encouraging staff to join our Bike scheme.
  • We’ve been saving 8000KW every year since 2016 by investing in energy saving printers.
  • We select each paper product based on its sustainability credentials.
  • We use local services and delivery partners where possible to reduce emissions.
  • Waste disposal starts on site before being sent for recycling.

Future Practices

What we aim to do:

  • We’re looking for sustainable organisations and schemes to recycle to.
  • We’re finding more effective and creative ways to use waste products ourselves.
  • We plan to increase donations of unused resources to the local community.
  • We’re working towards making Datagraphic Carbon Neutral.
